“Islamic Refugee” With Gas Pipeline Plans Arrested in New Mexico Border County

JUNE 15, 2016
JudicialWatch.org

Police in a U.S. town bordering Mexico have apprehended an undocumented, Middle Eastern woman in possession of the region’s gas pipeline plans, law enforcement sources tell Judicial Watch. Authorities describe the woman as an “Islamic refugee” pulled over during a traffic stop by a deputy sheriff in Luna County, New Mexico which shares a 54-mile border with Mexico. County authorities alerted the U.S. Border Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) has been deployed to the area to investigate, sources with firsthand knowledge of the probe confirm.

The gas pipeline plans in the woman’s possession include the Deming region, law enforcement sources say. Deming is a Luna County city situated about 35 miles north of the Mexican border and 60 miles west of Las Cruces. It has a population of about 15,000. Last year one local publication listed Deming No. 1 on a list of the “ten worst places” to live in New Mexico due to high unemployment, poverty, crime and a horrible public education system. The entire region is a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), according to the Justice Department’s National Drug Intelligence Center due to the large amounts of methamphetamines, heroin, cocaine and marijuana smuggled through the state by Mexican traffickers. Specifically, the renowned Juárez and Sinaloa cartels operate in the area, the feds affirm in a report.

Judicial Watch has broken a number of stories in the last few years about Mexican drug traffickers smuggling Islamic terrorists into the United States through the porous southern border. Last summer high-level sources on both sides of the Mexico-U.S. border offered alarming details about an operation in which cartels smuggle foreigners from countries with terrorist links into a small Texas rural town near El Paso. Classified as Special Interest Aliens (SIA) by the U.S. government, the foreigners get transported to stash areas in Acala, a rural crossroads located around 54 miles from El Paso on a state road – Highway 20. Once in the U.S., the SIAs wait for pick-up in the area’s sand hills just across Highway 20.

A few months ago Judicial Watch reported that members of a cell of Islamic terrorists stationed in Mexico cross into the U.S. to explore targets for future attacks with the help of Mexican drug traffickers. Among the jihadists that travel back and forth through the porous southern border is a Kuwaiti named Shaykh Mahmood Omar Khabir, an ISIS operative who lives in the Mexican state of Chihuahua not far from El Paso, Texas. Khabir trained hundreds of Al Qaeda fighters in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Yemen and has lived in Mexico for more than a year, according to Judicial Watch’s high-level Homeland Security sources. Now Khabir trains thousands of men—mostly Syrians and Yemenis—to fight in an ISIS base situated in the Mexico-U.S. border region near Ciudad Juárez. Khabir actually brags in a European newspaper article about how easy it is to stake out American targets because the border region is wide open. In the same story Foreign Affairs Secretary Claudia Ruiz, Mexico’s top diplomat, says she doesn’t understand why the Obama administration and the U.S. media are “culpably neglecting this phenomenon,” adding that “this new wave of fundamentalism could have nasty surprises in store for the United States.”

This recent New Mexico incident brings to mind a story Judicial Watch broke less than a year ago involving five young Middle Eastern men apprehended by Border Patrol in an Arizona town (Amado) situated about 30 miles from the Mexican border. Two of the Middle Eastern men were carrying stainless steel cylinders in backpacks, alarming Border Patrol officials enough to call the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for backup. A multitude of federal agents descended on the property and the two men carrying the cylinders were believed to be taken into custody by the FBI. Only three of the men’s names were entered in the Border Patrol’s E3 reporting system, which is used by the agency to track apprehensions, detention hearings and removals of illegal immigrants. E3 also collects and transmits biographic and biometric data including fingerprints for identification and verification of individuals encountered at the border. The other two men were listed as “unknown subjects,” which is unheard of. “In all my years I’ve never seen that before,” a veteran federal law enforcement agent told Judicial Watch.

Pakistani with Fake Ecuadorean Passport Enters U.S. via Mexico Multiple Times

MAY 18, 2016

A Pakistani man with a fake passport and residence card from two different South American countries has been caught entering the U.S. illegally through Mexico and federal court documents reveal he has previously crossed into the country undetected by immigration authorities. The distressing case comes less than a month after Judicial Watch reported that an ISIS operative who trained terrorists in Pakistan travels back and forth through the porous southern border from a camp in the Mexican state of Chihuahua not far from El Paso, Texas. His name is Shaykh Mahmood Omar Khabir, a Kuwaiti who trained hundreds of Al Qaeda fighters in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Yemen, according to JW’s high-ranking Homeland Security sources.

The Pakistani apprehended in the region this month, Javaid Muhammad, is in federal custody in Texas and is scheduled to appear in court on May 20 in McAllen. U.S. Border Patrol agents busted him on May 8, according to court documents obtained by JW, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has taken over the case. Authorities have confiscated Muhammad’s fraudulent Ecuadorean passport and Chilean residence card and he has admitted he’s never visited or resided in either South American country. Muhammad also “admitted to illegally crossing the international boundary of the United States without prior inspection by a United States Immigration Officer,” court files state. The FBI has evidence, including travel records and other government files, that proves Muhammad’s statements to the Border Patrol and FBI “were materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent,” the court documents say.

Some of the records related to the case have been sealed by the government so many of the specific details are not available, presumably for security reasons. We do know that Muhammad initially lied to both the Border Patrol and FBI and that he has provided the FBI with a sworn statement detailing his illegal travel from Pakistan to the United States, according to the files that have not been sealed. That information is being kept under wraps by the feds. So is Muhammad’s financial affidavit, which is listed on the federal court docket but not available for public view. Another interesting tidbit is that American taxpayers are providing the Pakistani with a free lawyer because the judge, Dorina Ramos, determined this week that Muhammad doesn’t have the money to hire one.

It remains unclear how many times Muhammad has entered the U.S. illegally and if all the violations occurred through Mexico, though it appears to be the case. As part of an ongoing investigation into the growing terrorism threats on the southern border JW has reported that Middle Eastern terrorists and Mexican drug cartels have joined forces to infiltrate the U.S. to plan future attacks. Just a few weeks ago JW’s government sources outlined the operation headed by Khabir, the ISIS leader who’s training in Chihuahua and regularly crosses into the U.S. assisted by Mexican drug traffickers. Khabir actually brags in an Italian newspaper article that the border region is so open that he “could get in with a handful of men, and kill thousands of people in Texas or in Arizona in the space of a few hours.” Foreign Affairs Secretary Claudia Ruiz, Mexico’s top diplomat, says in the article that she doesn’t understand why the Obama administration and the U.S. media are “culpably neglecting this phenomenon,” adding that “this new wave of fundamentalism could have nasty surprises in store for the United States.”

Last summer JW wrote about a sophisticated operation in which Mexican drug cartels smuggle Middle Eastern terrorists into a small Texas rural town near El Paso using remote farm roads—rather than interstates—to elude the Border Patrol and other law enforcement barriers. The foreigners are classified by the U.S. government as Special Interest Aliens (SIA) and they are transported to stash areas in Acala, a rural crossroads located around 54 miles from El Paso on a state road – Highway 20. Once in the U.S., the SIAs wait for pick-up in the area’s sand hills just across Highway 20. At the time JW’s government sources revealed that terrorists have long entered the U.S. through Mexico and in fact, an internal Texas Department of Public Safety report leaked by the media documents that several members of known Islamist terrorist organizations have been apprehended crossing the southern border in recent years.

A few months after JW broke the Acala smuggling piece, five young Middle Eastern men were apprehended by the Border Patrol in an Arizona town situated about 30 miles from the Mexican border. Federal agents spotted the men crossing a ranch property in the vicinity of Amado, which is located about 35 miles south of Tucson and has a population of 275. Two of the Middle Eastern men were carrying stainless steel cylinders in backpacks. Days earlier six men—one from Afghanistan, five from Pakistan—were arrested in nearby Patagonia, a quaint ranch town that sits 20 miles north of the Mexican border city of Nogales.

Caught on Camera: Illegals Smuggle Drugs Into Laredo Before Trump Visit

Shock footage validates Trump’s assertion on Mexicans bringing drugs into America

by Paul Joseph Watson | July 23, 2015

As Donald Trump prepared to arrive in Laredo for a tour of the US border, Infowars captured astounding footage which shows illegals sneaking across the Rio Grande river before they frantically throw huge bags of drugs into a vehicle and swim back to Mexico.

Infowars reporters Joe Biggs and Josh Owens traveled to Laredo to cover Trump’s highly publicized visit. While recording footage of the Rio Grande river, which forms part of the Mexico–US border, Owens spotted illegals crossing the water in the distance on rafts and began to film.

The clip then shows an individual holding open the trunk of a red Ford Explorer before four illegals frantically run up carrying huge packs of what are almost certainly drugs before quickly throwing them into the vehicle and fleeing back towards Mexico.

The vehicle then drives into America as one of the smugglers glances back towards Biggs and Owens.

Biggs and Owens immediately had to go into hiding and remove the license plates on their vehicle because they were spotted by the cartel during filming.

The footage validates Trump’s assertion, for which he has been vilified for weeks, that illegal immigrants are bringing drugs into the United States.

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best,” Trump said during his announcement that he would run for president. “They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

Trump was invited to visit the border by the National Border Patrol Council and will arrive in Laredo later today, although the participation of Border Patrol agents was subsequently canceled after the national AFL-CIO-controlled union intervened.

Mexican drug cartels make up to $29 billion annually from U.S. drug sales, with 90% of the cocaine that enters America transiting through Mexico. The majority of marijuana and methamphetamines that are sold in the U.S. also come from Mexico.

The footage illustrates the porous nature of the US border and how easy it would be for ISIS terrorists – who reportedly have set up training bases nearby, to bring militants, weapons and explosives into America.

US Border Patrol Helicopter Shot At From Mexico Side, Chopper Makes Emergency Landing In Texas

US Border Patrol Helicopter Shot At From Mexico Side, Chopper Makes Emergency Landing In Texas

by Sneha Shankar | International Business Times | June 6, 2015

A United States Border Patrol helicopter was fired on from the Mexican side of the border and forced to make an emergency landing in Texas on Friday, U.S. authorities said. The helicopter was flying over an area, infamous for illegal border crossings and drug smuggling, CNN reported.

“Our helicopter actually landed in Laredo and there were no injuries,” the U.S. Customs and Border Protection said, according to CNN, which added that it was not clear if the gunfire hit the helicopter.

However, there are contradicting reports about the gunfire. According to Laredo Morning Times, which cited Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar, five shots are believed to have been fired in the direction of the helicopter, and two of those hit it. Laredo is the county seat of Webb County.

Dolphin Deaths in Gulf Of Mexico Caused By Injuries from Petroleum Exposure

“Most animals had lesions in lungs”

by Robert Harrington | Infowars.com | May 21, 2015

According to a recent government-backed study, the health complications, injuries, and deaths suffered by dolphins in the Northern Gulf of Mexico since the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill are largely sparked by petroleum exposure.

Deepwater Horizon oil spill of 2010, also called Gulf of Mexico oil spill of 2010,  largest marine oil spill in history, caused by an April 20, 2010, explosion on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig—located in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 41 miles (66 km) off the coast of Louisiana – and its subsequent sinking on April 22.”

So begins one of the most recent articles cataloguing yet another series of marine animal deaths which have occurred since the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM). The April through July 2010 massive oil spill has left a legacy of dead and injured marine life that never seems to end.

“The scientists found most of the animals had lesions in their lungs and adrenal glands that caused many to die by disturbing their ability to regulate metabolism and blood pressure, and weakening their ability to fight infection.

“The animals all had “significant life-threatening abnormalities” that were “consistent with the effects of petroleum products,” said Kathleen Colegrove, a veterinary pathologist from the University of Illinois who participated in the research. [1]

In spite of the indisputable scientific evidence, BP continues to deny any connection between their oil spill and the dead dolphins that washed up at Grand Isle, Louisiana. The oil company has consistently refused to accept evidence linking many other mass animal deaths on or near the coast of Louisiana to the historic Gulf oil spill.

Some environmental activists have observed that, were the true correlations revealed between the unparalleled spill and the toxicities found in seafood as well as other marine life, BP would face massive financial liabilities. Other health advocates have asserted that the many adverse health effects and medical conditions suffered by residents on the GOM coastline would also present an unprecedented degree of legal exposure for BP.

“The study is part of a process led by NOAA called Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment. If studies find a link between the spill and any damage, BP will be expected to pay compensation, though the company can appeal findings in court.”

It’s no wonder that BP denies that “Lesions In Lungs Are Indicative of Oil Toxicity.”

There are many inconvenient truths that BP has refused to acknowledge about the Gulf oil spill and the millions of gallons of the dispersant Corexit that the company applied to the affected GOM waters. Some of those scientific facts concern the intensified toxicities associated with oil-treated with Corexit. Of course, the toxicities of petroleum and Corexit alone have also been well-documented for years.

As follows:

(1) 10.72 parts per million (ppm) of oil alone will kill 50% of the fish test species in a normal aquatic environment within 96 hours.

(2) 25.20 parts per million of dispersant (Corexit 9500) alone will kill 50% of the fish test species in a normal aquatic environment within 96 hours.

(3) 2.61 parts per million of dispersed oil (Corexit-laden) alone will kill 50% of the fish test species in a normal aquatic environment within 96 hours.

(Source: A Special Update On The BP Gulf Oil Spill)

Very few realize, but powerful transnational oil companies like BP will always hide behind the corporate shield of limited liability even though they have been scientifically proven responsible for environmental damage or injury to human health.

In the case of the BP Gulf oil spill the widespread and profound destruction to coastal habitats and GOM ecosystems are still being assessed and documented. Some of the evidence of environmental devastation are only now being observed for the first time.

Likewise, time-delayed harm and injury to both marine and plant life are slowly emerging the further we get away from the worst oil spill in U.S. history.

Mexico Cancels Infant Vaccines Nationwide After Two Die

29 others suffering debilitating adverse reactions, six in critical condition
Mexico Cancels Infant Vaccines Nationwide After Two Die

by Adan Salazar | Infowars.com | May 11, 2015

Health officials in Mexico moved to suspend infant vaccines over the weekend following reports that routine inoculations killed two babies and left 29 others suffering terrible adverse effects.

On Friday, infants in the destitute village of Simojovel, Chiapas, began experiencing serious side effects resulting from the administration of tuberculosis, rotovirus and Hepatitis B vaccines.

Symptoms reportedly included fever, drowsiness, seizures and intense headaches.

Six of the 29 infants sickened are said to be in critical condition.

CNN Mexico reports the parents of the two children who died were so upset they did not grant the state permission to conduct autopsies. The two families buried their children Sunday in coffins provided by Simojovel authorities.

Mexican health authorities have not announced the findings of their investigation, but say they’ve been able to identify the suspected batch of vaccines and are also looking into whether contaminated needles may have played a role.

The package inserts of several Hepatitis vaccines mention “seizures” and “encephalitis” (brain inflammation) as potential side effects, however Mexican officials have not commented on the exact vaccine or manufacturer.

Officials initially claimed the 31 children “presented adverse reactions presumably associated with the application of these vaccines.”

The shots are typically administered from 0 to six months of age, in accordance with the nation’s vaccine schedule.

Residents who reside in remote mountain villages far from health centers have to rely on aid workers for health supplies.

“[O]fficials came to the community [of La Pimienta] and announced over loudspeakers that vaccines would be given to newborns” Friday, reports CNN.

FBI Requests Meeting with Infowars Reporter

Agents asked Biggs to meet with them in El Paso, Texas

by Infowars.com | April 17, 2015

The Federal Bureau of Investigations asked Infowars reporter Joe Biggs to meet with them at the El Paso International Airport late Friday afternoon.

During the brief encounter, an FBI agent questioned Biggs on what he witnessed while searching for alleged ISIS activity in Mexico, reportedly admitting they fear entering the cartel-dominated region.

Infowars Reporter Featured in New ISIS Propaganda Video

Footage shows dramatized clips of 9/11 attack, gruesome beheadings

by Paul Joseph Watson | April 17, 2015

Infowars reporter Joe Biggs, who traveled into Mexico this week to try and find an ISIS training base, is featured in a new ISIS propaganda video which also shows dramatized footage of the 9/11 attacks and gruesome images of beheadings.

It is not known who released the video, although a link to the clip was posted on a Twitter account belonging to an ISIS supporter.

The video clip begins by showing a giant fireball behind the Statue of Liberty with the words “we will burn America” overlayed.

The video then shows a person changing the channel on a television before numerous reporters are shown talking about ISIS, including Infowars’ own Joe Biggs and CNN’s Tom Foreman.

The clip also features a CBN report about an ISIS flag being shown on a cellphone in front of the White House, which was later posted online with the warning, “We are in your state/we are in your cities/we are in your streets.”

The video then shows a CNN report about Christopher Lee Cornell, who was arrested in January for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired attack on the U.S. Capitol.

The last half of the clip shows ‘Jihadi John’ with beheading victim James Foley before we see a compilation of video from the gruesome beheading of 22 Syrian soldiers which occurred in November last year.

Footage of the 9/11 attacks is also prominently featured, along with an image of the White House exploding and the Washington Monument being toppled. The 9/11 clips are interspersed with cinematic dramatizations of victims inside the twin towers as the planes hit the buildings.

Biggs’ appearance in the video is noteworthy given that the Infowars reporter visited Juarez, Mexico this week to investigate reports that ISIS had set up a training camp in the region.

The video appears to be different to another ISIS video which was released last week which also featured images of 9/11.

Reporters Infiltrate Cartel-Run Border Town in Search of ISIS Camp

Infowars reporter Joe Biggs enters Mexico

by Infowars.com | April 17, 2015

Infowars reporter Joe Biggs enters Mexico and travels through Juarez into one of the most dangerous cities in the world, Anapra, Mexico. He travels through cartel compounds in search for the supposed ISIS camp that is just outside the U.S. border.
