Twin Falls Police Report Reveals Shocking Details of Latest Refugee Sex Assault

TWIN FALLS, IDAHO — The victim’s mother heard her 33-year-old daughter “screaming and crying” as the mentally disabled daughter ran home Saturday afternoon after allegedly being trapped and sexually assaulted by refugee Mohammed Hussein Eldai.

That’s just one of the heartbreaking details in a police report obtained exclusively by Breitbart News that sheds new light on this latest alleged refugee sex attack to hit this small southern Idaho city.

Just as many Americans have begun to learn about the shocking early June attack on a five-year-old girl by three Muslim refugee boys who orally and anally penetrated the girl before urinating on her, this new assault by Mohammed Hussein Eldai doesn’t fit the narrative about the benefits of diversity that the media and politicians try to spin.

In fact, as Breitbart News reported exclusively yesterday, Mohammed Hussein Eldai was actually featured by Twin Falls TV station KMVT in one of those feel-good reports in June.

As you’ll see in this police report, Mohammed Hussein Eldai is not exactly the poster boy for Islam or for refugees that the local media wanted him to be.

While Idaho activists have been called racist repeatedly by local media and politicians for expressing concerns about the refugee program that has brought a growing Muslim population into Twin Falls over the past five years, the two sexual assaults – plus an attempted murder of people met through the refugee program by a Muslim last week in Twin Falls — are making the policy decisions of the city, state and national officials more difficult to defend.

As Breitbart News has begun to outline in an in-depth series of reports, the refugees are being brought to the town not out of some humanitarian desire to help people — but to replace Americans job-seekers with cheap, compliant labor for the local food-processing industry and to help and promote an progressive political agenda for a multicultural, “new America” originally laid out by Clinton administration officials. That means ordinary Americans are suffering from the growing civic and financial costs of the cheap-labor policy imposed by federal and local governments and business groups.

The latest incident began on a hot Saturday, when the 33-year-old victim went for a walk. Her mother told police that the victim is mentally disabled, requires assistance to live, and does not always make good decisions.

That day, the victim became tired from her walk and laid down on the sidewalk. She was allegedly approached by what the police report calls an “African” man, who offered her help by bringing her back to his apartment.

According to the police report:

(Victim) said while at Mr. Eldai’s house, he made her some kind of drink that she tasted and then refused to drink. (Victim) said Mr. Eldai showed her to his bedroom, where she laid on his bed. (Victim) said Mr. Eldai attempted multiple times to lay down next to her and she refused, telling him to stay away.

(Victim) explained that Mr. Eldai had removed his pants and was then wearing boxer shorts that she described as red and going to his knees.

Eventually Mr. Eldai laid down and began to rub her back under her sweatshirt and then also rubbed her stomach and breast area, touching her bare skin.

Mr. Eldai then said thank you for letting him touch her and (Victim) said “no I don’t like that and I want to go home”. (Victim) said Mr. Eldai began to rub and squeeze the front and back of her legs and butt on top of her shorts, and she told me that her shorts were too tight for Mr. Eldai’s hand to fit underneath.

(Victim) also demonstrated how Mr. Eldai rubbed between her legs above her clothing. (Victim) said she told Mr. Eldai she was uncomfortable, but said Mr. Eldai continued to hold her there .

(Victim) said Mr. Eldai asked her if she was a virgin and then asked her to show him. (Victim) refused and said Mr. Eldai then removed his penis and began rubbing it and asked her if she wanted to touch it. (Victim) described Mr. Eldai’s penis as being hard at this time. (Victim) said she again said no and Mr. Eldai began rubbing his penis against her back, while she demonstrated how Mr. Eldai thrusted his hips against her multiple times.

(Victim) said Mr. Eldai then kissed her on the lips and ear. She explained how she was grossed out and told him again that she wanted to go home.

The victim then allegedly escaped from Mohammed Hussein Eldai and ran home screaming, according to her mother.

Upon questioning, Mohammed Hussein Eldai admitted the events to the police and said he planned to have sex with the victim. Eldai was given a $10,000 bond by the judge.

Idaho has the largest percentage of refugees relative to its population of any state.

Breitbart’s coverage of the Twin Falls refugee crisis will continue.

Video: Smoke Engulfs Eiffel Tower in Paris following Bastille Day Terror Attack

Paris literally burning after tragic event

Startling images out of France show smoke engulfing the Eiffel Tower, following news that a truck drove into a crowd of people killing many in Southern France.

Images of the Eiffel Tower fire began circulating just as news that a truck ploughed through a Bastille Day celebration in Nice, leaving 60 dead and injuring over a hundred.

Multiple reports are now claiming, however, that the fire at the Eiffel Tower is unrelated to the terror attack in Nice and was caused by fireworks.

Spanish Language Facebook Page Alerts Illegal Aliens to Police Checkpoints

A Spanish-speaking Facebook group is being used to alert 29,753 members of law enforcement checkpoints. Posts on the page claims it is alerting those “who don’t have a driver license and [to] report accidents” but it could also be used to avoid law enforcement for any criminal activity, including human, drug, and sex trafficking.

The social media page titled “Reten De Law Policia (Checkpoint) California” targets checkpoints in California but members on the Facebook page also discuss traveling across state lines.

The Facebook page — which is currently accessible to anyone in the public with a Facebook account — purports to show photos and warnings about law enforcement locations and checkpoints.

Updates on the page also appear to receive a great deal of interaction and responses. This one posted in El Monte, California on July 2nd has received over 145 reactions and over 50 shares. It is inquiring about Ramona, California, a small city in San Diego County. The county shares a border with Mexico.

This post on June 24 with a photo of the Ontario, California, police department had 262 reactions and 175 shares. One Facebook user appeared to warn another  by tagging her in the comment section.

The Facebook page is also used to ask if there are roadblocks at a particular location or if a particular area is “all clean.”

Facebook provides readers with a link where posts can be clicked to instantly get a translation from Spanish to English.

On July 4, it also warned those in the group, “Don’t buy of illegal immigrants that apparently the fine is a minimum of $1000 and / or a maximum a year in prison for anyone who is caught using illegal fireworks.” [translated] However, a look at the Facebook “Checkpoint” page shows it is not just used for the Fourth of July or for holidays.

The page has postings of photos of Border Patrol vehicles with notations of, “Be careful my people saw this post on this page.” [translated]

A group member apparently used the page to ask if one can safely travel across state lines, here asking “if there’s catch from San Francisco to the or to Nevada.” Comments were made to the post to answer the question.

A comment to another Facebook post asked about going to Dallas, Texas.

The apparent administrator of the Facebook page is Anghel Cain. According to his personal Facebook page, he is a “Presentador at Ritmo Sin Fronteras and LATV and he lives in Santa Ana, California. It also says he is from Mexico City, Mexico.

On June 14, Cain asked group members:

“Who here likes posting checkpoints without me having to approve the post? If I activate you guys can report retainers without me having to approve the posting,,,, I would support reportandoa who post sales, flyers and things that have nothing to do with the group? Or we continue like this? I ask because someone wanted to stream live a challenge and could not do it at the time. I couldn’t wait for me to approve.” [translated]

On June 6, the administrator Anghel Cain conducted a poll of the group saying:

Despite the fact that this group is to help the people who don’t have a driver license and report accidents, a lot of people sent me to claims that we are alerting the ‘drunk’ and that almost all have license, thanks to the ab60. I answer that by law the police has to publish every challenge that they do and that we can just share the information. Even so i want to know if this group is helping people and ask them if we continue with the group or shut it down or create a new one that don’t say ‘roadblocks’ Think and vote in the poll.” [translated]

The overwhelming answer to his poll, as seen in the screen shot below, was in support of continuing the group. This category received 953 votes as of the time of this article.

The reference to “ab60” in the post is to California’s Assembly Bill 60. As reported by Breitbart News in January 2015, California starting implementing the law that allows illegal aliens to obtain a driver’s license in the state. During the first year, 605,000 driver’s licenses were issued.

“It seems the purpose of this Facebook page is to help illegal aliens and Spanish-speaking U.S. citizens who are unable to obtain a driver’s license to avoid law enforcement,” Jon Feere told Breitbart Texas.

Feere, who serves as the Legal Policy Analyst for the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) added, “Most of the posts are from California, a state that gives out driver’s licenses to illegal aliens, so one wonders what is precluding these individuals from getting one. Did they fail the exam? Are they unwilling to purchase insurance? These are questions one must ask whether we’re talking about U.S. citizens or illegal aliens. But it does suggest that offering driver’s licenses to illegal aliens does not mean that illegal aliens will stop driving if they can’t pass a driving test or are unable or unwilling to purchase insurance.”

The legal policy analyst concluded, “A Facebook page like this is undoubtedly beneficial to foreign nationals who have sneaked across the border and are smuggling people or drugs. It’s notable that many of the checkpoint notices are specific to southern California.”

Sheriff-elect Benny Martinez, who is a deputy in Brooks County, told Breitbart Texas that he believes the Facebook page is being used to “detour criminals from highways and byways where there is a law enforcement presence.” Brooks County is just one county from the Texas-Mexico border and Martinez deals with illegal immigration issues daily.

The border area deputy added, “If I were in the criminal element in California, I would use the Facebook page if I were involved in narcotics or human trafficking. I would ask where is law enforcement today, and I would look for the coordination of federal and local law enforcement authorities.” He noted that criminals can now use their GPS to go around checkpoints and law enforcement covered areas and use back roads.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been called the “dictator” of the “biggest nation of the world,” and there is no doubt about the social media company’s ability to influence content, as reported by Breitbart News. The 32-year-old billionaire has been criticized for promoting amnesty through his lobbyist group Fwd.US, and he has been accused of suppressing conservative content.

In May, Stephen K. Bannon and Alexander Marlow of Breitbart reported that Zuckerberg announced he was planning a “pat conservatives on the head” session with “leading conservatives” to discuss the scandal involving his company’s suppression of conservative media. They wrote, “We have zero interest in a Facebook photo-op” and noted that despite Facebook’s suppression of conservative content in its Trending News section, Breitbart News was #15 in the world on Facebook for total engagement, #12 in the world on Facebook for Shares, and #10 in the world on Facebook for comments.

Breitbart Texas raised questions on July 5 about the company’s blocking a gun range owner’s Facebook page. The page was restored the same day after the article appeared on Breitbart’s front page.

Olympic Countdown: Al Qaeda Terrorist Released from Gitmo to Uruguay Sneaked into Brazil, Whereabouts Unknown

JUNE 28, 2016,

With the summer Olympics just a few weeks away in Brazil, a veteran Al Qaeda operative released from Guantanamo to Uruguay has gone missing and authorities in Latin America believe he sneaked into Brazil after being denied legal entry. The Islamic terrorist’s name is Jihad Ahmad Diyab an in late 2014 President Obama sent him to Uruguay along with five fellow Gitmo inmates as part of a misguided plan to shut down the U.S. military prison at the Naval base in southeast Cuba. Now officials from Uruguay, Brazil and the United States are scrambling to find Diyab, according to news reports in Uruguay that quote high-level government officials.

Diyab’s Department of Defense (DOD) file says he’s a high-risk terrorist that poses a threat to the U.S., its interests and allies. “Detainee is a member of the Syrian Group comprised of dismantled terrorist cells that escaped Syrian authorities and fled to Afghanistan (AF) in2000,” the DOD file states. “Detainee was sentenced to death in absentia, probably for his terrorist activities in Syria. Detainee is assessed to be a Global Jihad Support Network (GJSN) document forger who provided services to the network operated by Zayn al-Abidin Muhammad Husayn aka (Abu Zubaydah), ISN US9GZ-010016DP (GZ-10016), supporting European, North African, and Levant extremists facilitating their international travels. Detainee is an associate of several other significant al-Qaida members to include Ali Muhammad Abdul Aziz al-Fakhri, 11 September 2001 recruiter Muhammad Zammar, and other facilitators and identified document forgers.”

Nevertheless, Obama sent Diyab off to Uruguay in December 2014 and the country’s president at the time granted him and his five cohorts “refugee” status, which means they get to come and go as they please. Diyab never even tried to hide his terrorist ties. In fact, in interviews with Latin American publications he proudly proclaimed his support for the “radical Islamic group Al Qaeda.” This is probably why Brazilian authorities denied him legal entry. Diyab was also denied a visa to enter Qatar, according to an Uruguayan newspaper article that cites government sources in that country. A few days after Diyab was discovered missing Uruguay’s Minister of the Interior, Eduardo Bonomi, confirmed in a local newspaper story that Diyab left the country. “It’s not known with what documentation he (Diyab) left the country because he didn’t go through any registry,” Bonomi said referring to Uruguay’s official border screening tools.

Many of the prisoners released from Gitmo have reengaged in terrorism after leaving the compound and Judicial Watch has reported on it for years. Just a few months ago Judicial Watch wrote about an intelligence report that confirmed the latest tally of Gitmo alums that returned to terrorist causes after leaving the prison. Of the 144 Gitmo prisoners freed by the Obama administration seven are confirmed to have returned to the fight, according to the assessment, which was issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). Of the 532 captives released under the George W. Bush administration, 111 eventually reengaged in extremist causes. In 2010 an ODNI report to Congress revealed that 150 former Gitmo prisoners were confirmed or suspected of “reengaging in terrorist or insurgent activities after transfer.” At the time the agency revealed that at least 83 “remain at large” and that if additional detainees get released some will “reengage in terrorist or insurgent activities.” That assessment came two years after the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency disclosed a sharp rise in the number of Gitmo detainees who rejoin terrorist missions after leaving U.S. custody. Using data such as fingerprints, pictures and other reports the defense agency, which gathers foreign military intelligence, determined that the number of Middle Eastern terrorists who returned to “the fight” after being released nearly doubled in a short time.

This hasn’t stopped the Obama administration from releasing droves of Gitmo inmates, compromising national security and embarrassing itself in the process. In 2014, years after liberating an Al Qaeda operative from Gitmo, the U.S. government put him on a global terrorist list and offered a $5 million reward for information on his whereabouts. The recently released intelligence report cited above repeats what other government assessments have long documented: “Based on trends identified during the past eleven years, we assess that some detainees currently at GTMO will seek to reengage in terrorist or insurgent activities after they are transferred. Transfers to countries with ongoing conflicts and internal instability, as well as recruitment by insurgent and terrorist organizations, could pose problems. While enforcement of transfer conditions may deter reengagement by many former detainees and delay reengagement by others, some detainees who are determined to reengage will do so regardless of any transfer conditions, albeit probably at a lower rate than if they were transferred without conditions.” Still left at the top security facility are the world’s most dangerous terrorists, including 9/11 masterminds Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi as well as USS Cole bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri.

The Idaho Refugee Rape Cover-up

Local city council claims it is unaware of any rape allegations

Three Syrian refugees reportedly raped a little girl at knife point in Idaho before urinating on her body, an incident that prompted furious residents to accuse Twin Falls city council members of covering up the assault.

The sexual assault allegedly took place on June 2, but has received virtually no media attention aside from one vague KMVT report.

Would-be Trump Assassin An Illegal Alien

If one illegal alien had his wish, he would have killed Donald Trump on Saturday.

If one illegal alien had his wish, he would have killed Donald Trump on Saturday.

Michael Steven Sandford appeared in a federal court in Las Vegas today — two days after he was arrested for allegedly trying to grab a police officer’s gun with the intent to assassinate the presumptive Republican nominee for president.

Sandford’s only form of ID was a United Kingdom drivers license, RT reports.

At his arraignment on Monday, it was revealed that he had overstayed his visa and was in the United States illegally, according to KLAS.

In a court filing against the British national, U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden alleges Sandford had never fired a gun before, until the day prior to the rally.

According to police, he approached Las Vegas Police Department officer Ameel Jacob and attempted to take his weapon and use it to shoot Trump.

The court filing states he drove from California to Nevada because “he finally felt confident about trying it.”

He remains in custody and has a court hearing July 5th.

ALERT: Obama’s Islamic Jihad Army Enters Texas!

Published on Jun 17, 2016

Small U.S. cities with access to affordable housing and manufacturing jobs are quietly receiving the bulk of Obama’s invading Islamic Jihad Army. Stretching unsuspecting local city budgets to the breaking point. Bold statement? Yesterday on The Alex Jones Show retired DHS officer and whistleblower Philip Haney explained why radical Islamic terrorists are falling through the cracks despite unprecedented government data-gathering.

Some targeted American cities are already being pushed over the edge. For example, Amarillo, Texas “ known as the Yellow Rose of Texas” one of the largest meat packing cities in the United States, home to the V-22 Osprey hybrid aircraft assembly plant, Food giant Cargill, and also home to Pantex, the only nuclear weapons assembly and disassembly plant in the United States has taken in over 1,000 middle eastern refugees already, the highest in the nation. But when you add refugees sent to Amarillo from countries outside the Middle East, The numbers skyrocket.

World Net Daily reports “Amarillo has received 5,251 foreign refugees since January 2002, according to the federal refugee database. That’s more than half of the nearly 8,000 refugees sent to Texas during that period. President Obama has increased the number of foreign refugees bound for American soil in fiscal 2016 to 85,000. That’s a 20 percent increase over the previous year, and 10,000 will come from the jihadist hotbed of Syria. Many of the community organizers have received training or consultation from David Lubell’s Welcoming America organization, which was started with seed money from billionaire George Soros.”

Breitbart reported in January of 2016 “Amarillo Mayor Paul Harpole said “We’ve been a giving community, and it’s a huge disservice to bring in refugees in numbers that we’re not able to handle. We create small ghettos, a group of Somalis came in to say they had elected a mayor of their community,” he continued. “Then another faction claimed they had their own leader. We come to find out that rival tribes — slaves and masters — were being settled together.”

Amarillo 911 calls are now being fielded in 42 different languages.

House rejects effort to ban illegal immigrants from military service

In a break from previous votes on the issue, the House on Thursday rejected two GOP proposals to prevent the Obama administration from enlisting young illegal immigrants to serve in the military.

Lawmakers voted down two measures offered by immigration hard-liners Reps. Steve King (R-Iowa) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) that would have prohibited the use of federal money to enlist young illegal immigrants who have been granted work permits under President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

More than 30 Republicans with more centrist views on immigration joined all Democrats in opposing the two amendments offered to a Defense Department spending bill. The amendments failed narrowly with votes of 207-214 and 210-211, respectively.

Certain young illegal immigrants qualify for DACA if they came to the U.S. as minors and have worked toward at least a high school education, among other requirements. The Obama administration has already enlisted some DACA recipients through a program, Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest (MAVNI), that recruits immigrants with valued foreign language or medical skills to serve in the military. Gosar said the Pentagon confirmed to his office that it had recruited 141 DACA recipients as of April.

The amendments would have blocked the Obama administration from using the MAVNI program to enlist people in the DACA program.

Democrats sought to tie the provisions to the harsh rhetoric on immigration from presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.

“Clearly, House Republicans are taking their anti-immigrant cues from Donald Trump,” said Rep. Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.), the chairman of House Democrats’ campaign arm.

“They come here in the spirit of Donald Trump,” Rep. Joaquín Castro (D-Texas) said of the House GOP. “What we’re seeing with these amendments is part of a larger pattern of hostility toward Hispanic Americans on the part of the Republican Party.”

King and Gosar said that the Obama administration is stretching the limits of MAVNI.

“It’s not for the president to use this as a blanket amnesty,” King said.

Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), an Iraq War veteran, argued that the military should be able to recruit anyone who could help the nation.

“Simply put, we shouldn’t let political posturing stand in the way of our military’s requirement goals,” Gallego said.

It’s the second time in a week that House Democrats have used an immigration-related provision in an appropriations bill to try to tie the GOP to Trump.

The annual spending bill for legislative branch operations typically passes with a wide bipartisan majority. But the measure passed largely along party lines last week because Democrats opposed a provision to keep the phrase “illegal alien” in subject headings, contrary to a Library of Congress decision.

Republicans maintained that the phrase simply reflects that some people are in the country illegally. But Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chairwoman Linda Sánchez (Calif.) urged fellow Democrats to vote against the spending bill, arguing that the term “perpetuates racism and promotes hate.”

Debate over allowing illegal immigrants to serve in the military nearly sunk the annual Defense authorization bill last year.

The House Armed Services Committee had approved a provision establishing a “sense of the House” that the Pentagon should review allowing DACA recipients to enlist during its markup of the bill. But the House later voted to eliminate the language in response to conservative outcry.

Senate bill draft would prohibit unbreakable encryption

Government attempts to dismantle Internet security

A draft version of a Senate bill would effectively prohibit unbreakable encryption and require companies to help the government access data on a computer or mobile device with a warrant.

The draft is being finalized by the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., and the top Democrat, Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California.

Their goal, they said in a statement, is to ensure adherence to any court order that requires helping law enforcement or providing decrypted information. “No individual or company is above the law.”

It was not immediately clear when they would introduce the bill.
