Across America, local and state officials are pushing back very strongly against the Obama administration’s decree concerning transgender use of school bathrooms and locker rooms.

Across America, local and state officials are pushing back very strongly against the Obama administration’s decree concerning transgender use of school bathrooms and locker rooms.

Pennsylvania lawmakers are the latest to criticize the Obama proclamation, which orders that schools “may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so.”

Nearly 100 legislators in the state expressed their outrage in a letter to the president asking him to rescind the order immediately.

The Pennsylvania letter became widely disseminated on Wednesday. At roughly the same time, officials in Mississippi indicated that the Magnolia State will not follow the guidance issued by the Obama administration.

Survivor Contestant and Iraq War Vet Currently Being Held Against His Will in VA Hospital

Vet says being held indefinitely until he agrees to take “cocktail of drugs”
Survivor Contestant and Iraq War Vet Currently Being Held Against His Will in VA Hospital

by Mike Sawyer | Free Thought Project | June 6, 2015

Iraq Veteran and Freedom Fighter Shamar Thomas is currently being held against his will at the Northport Medical VA Center in Northport, NY. Thomas released a statement earlier today stating:

“Hello everyone this is Shamar Thomas and I’m in trouble. I’m at North Pork[sic] Veterans hospital and I’m being held here against my will.”

As we reported in May of last year, a YouTube video was published showing Thomas asserting his disappointment and outrage at the NYPD. Thomas was expressing his anger at the relentless and brutal violence he witnessed being used against peaceful demonstrators during the Occupy Wall Street Protests.

The veteran lambasted the NYPD for violating the rights of and brutalizing the very citizens he and many others fought to protect. Facing the mob of uniformed thugs, he repeated “There is no honor in this….there is no honor in hurting unarmed people,” and asked, “How do you sleep at night?”

Almost four years later, he is being held hostage after going to the VA for help. Thomas spoke with The Free Thought Project today and explained that he went in Tuesday when he experienced suicidal thoughts while drinking. This is not uncommon for war veterans, as statistics show that 22 veterans take their own lives every day.

Thomas explained to us that when he sobered up, he expressed that he was no longer having thoughts of hurting himself and wished to be released to seek counseling. He was told by Dr. Gregory Gunyan that he was not permitted to leave or even be evaluated until he agreed to swallow a cocktail of drugs, to which Thomas refused. According to Thomas, he was then informed he would be held indefinitely.

Four days later he is still being held hostage. The Free Thought Project reached out to hospital administrators but were met with hostility.

When asked for a statement, Assistant Director of the Hospital JoAnne Anderson told our investigator, “I have lots of information, but I’m not giving it to you.” Public Affairs Officer of the Hospital Joseph Sledge simply stated, “No comment.”

Even more disturbing, Thomas was then informed by Dr. Gunyan that his outside privileges were being taken away as punishment for the phone calls made to the hospital seeking a statement. Thomas expressed to The Free Thought Project that he is concerned that if any more calls are made, he may be further punished.

Thomas was also a contestant on the CBS reality show Survivor: Caramoan. He told CBS his motivation for being on the show was “to bring awareness to economical/social injustices and to bring honor and respect back to my community while inspiring the forgotten.

Shamar Thomas once fought for his country’s freedom. Now he’s fighting that country for his own freedom.

Neomasculinity: The Male Backlash Against Toxic Women

Should men be ashamed of masculinity?

by Paul Joseph Watson | May 18, 2015

Men are confused. They’re bewildered. They’ve been lectured that the innate behaviors, feelings and characteristics that defined masculinity for generations are sexist, malevolent, and need to be abandoned if men are to have any success with women.

In reality, women were told they could sleep around in their 20’s. When they hit 30 and their biological value plummets, they wonder why no good men are interested anymore.

This has led to the rise of neomasculinity – men reclaiming and re-asserting their masculinity, rejecting toxic women who have been brainwashed by cultural marxism, and working to fix the incredible harm that 3rd wave feminism has wrought on gender relations.

Parents Rally Against Proposed Mandatory Vaccinations For Students

All students would be required to be immunized against measles and whooping cough with one exception – a doctor’s note

by CBS Los Angeles | May 12, 2015

Southland parents and other protesters gathered Monday in downtown Los Angeles for what they say is their right to choose whether their children are vaccinated against measles and other diseases.

Under California Senate Bill 277, all students would be required to be immunized against measles and whooping cough with one exception – a doctor’s note.

The bill was passed by the Appropriations Committee and is headed for a vote on the State Senate floor. If passed, California will join only two other states without exemptions, Mississippi and West Virginia.

California has been at the heart of the vaccine debate since an outbreak of measles linked to Disneyland earlier this year.

UPDATE: ‘Kentucky 10’ Mom Fights Back Against Bullies Criticizing Her Off-Grid Life

The off-grid, homeschool mother of the 10 children who were seized has spoken out on Facebook in defense of her family’s self-sufficient life – and she’s receiving plenty of support.

Nicole Naugler noted that her Facebook friends climbed from just under 2,000 to 8,000 in less than 24 hours (it’s now at 11,000), and she expressed gratitude for those who have been praying for her and even financially helping her family. She said she’s “overwhelmed.”

But she noted that some people have spoken out in disagreement with her family’s lifestyle. They live in a 280-square-foot cabin on 26 acres of land in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. It’s part of the “tiny home” movement. They want to build an 800-square-foot cabin.

“I have people from all over the world contacting me,” she wrote. “I know there are some of you who don’t approve of what we do. But that’s ok. You are welcome to your views. What I am not ok with is the use of force to impose those views on me.”

The 10 children were seized Wednesday from Naugler and her husband following an anonymous tip that apparently related to their style of off-grid living. The family also is part of the “unschooling” movement, a type of homeschooling.

For nine years, she wrote, she has journaled her “family’s life online.”

“I have a purpose,” she wrote. “I want to help others as well. …As many parents have relayed, it’s exhausting to have to worry if CPS is going to show up and what they are wanting to do. Sure, they come in, say things are OK, but often they don’t. Five minutes on Google will give you a good picture of the innocent families torn apart.”

The Nauglers' cabin when it was under construction.

Back in March, she had promised to post photos of the family’s cabin on Facebook for homesteading friends, but she never did it.

“I was reluctant,” she wrote. “I wasn’t prepared for the backlash that might arise from those who oppose our lifestyle. … But it’s done. We are here. And it’s no better time to share. Have your opinions. That’s fine. I know people who live in ways I don’t approve of, but their lifestyle is socially acceptable. I certainly wouldn’t justify force.

She added, “I don’t want people to live in fear. I want people to have confidence in their choices. If you don’t like the way someone lives, let them be. Bullying them won’t accomplish anything.”

In a subsequent post, she posted pictures of the cabin.

Her comment received plenty of feedback, most of it positive.

“Praying you are reunited with your children today, and not a moment later,” one read.

“Live your own life,” another read. “As long as your kids are healthy and happy, people should mind their own business. God Bless you and what you think is good for your family.”

Still another read, “I started following your page after the press around your family being broken apart by Child Services. Thank you for your page. … I’m in Canada. Good luck.”

Communists Lead Protest Against Baltimore Police

Infamous hammer and sickle flag flown at protest

by | May 2, 2015

Alex Jones witnessed a protest march led by communists bearing the infamous hammer and sickle flag.

Dozens of people marched shouting angry slogans while oblivious to the dark meaning behind the standard.

They were blissfully unaware they were pawns in the globalists’ divisive scheme to hijack the anger against the police to further the establishment’s agenda.

Sharpton: Federalize Cops and Fight Against States’ Rights

Libertarians are trying to create a new Civil War by insisting on the 10th Amendment

by Kurt Nimmo | | May 1, 2015

The Rev. Al Sharpton is calling for the Justice Department to “take over policing in this country.” He also told The Baltimore Sun “we’re going to have to fight states’ rights.”

Sharpton said, “we need the Justice Department to step in and take over policing in this country. In the 20th century, they had to fight states’ rights in — to get the right to vote. We’re going to have to fight states’ rights in terms of closing down police cases.”

In 2012 Sharpton attacked the founding principle of states’ rights when he said libertarians were attempting to create a “21st-century version of the Civil War” by advocating on behalf of states’ rights.

“States rights has always been the enemy of civil rights. The idea of the civil rights movement was for the federal government to protect citizens, not leave them alone,” Sharpton said in 2011 during he NAACP State Convention.

Sharpton’s “On the Issues” page states his belief states’ rights are “dangerous.” He argues that because of rights specified in the Constitution “we ended up with slavery and segregation.”

These ideas are at odds with the philosophy of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Both argue that government exists not to confer and invent new rights, but to secure natural rights, the fundamental rights of individuals and not the prerogatives of the collective.

The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution unequivocally delegates authority to the people:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

The Obama administration has continued a move initiated during the Clinton era to federalize state and local police. Earlier this year Obama introduced a “Task Force on 21st Century Policing” that imposes federal standards and state and local police.

“The Justice Department agency that would be responsible for bribing and bludgeoning police agencies into submission to Obama’s ‘national standards’ is also among the outfits that have been abused to militarize law enforcement all across America,” writes Alex Newman. “As The New American reported last year amid the George Soros-funded chaos in Ferguson, Obama attacked the militarization of law enforcement — even though his administration has played a crucial role in militarizing police departments nationwide. The federal government, of course, has no constitutional authority to meddle in state and local law enforcement to begin with.”

Obama’s Coalition Against Islamic State Debates Taking War Global

Obama said last year the war against ISIS will take a long time

by Kurt Nimmo | | April 30, 2015

Philippine group reportedly pledges allegiance to the Islamic State.

Citing a handful of fighters allegedly working with Ansar al-Sharia in Libya and shadowy terror groups in Malaysia and the Philippines, the coalition assembled by the United States to fight the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq is debating whether it needs to broaden its campaign, The New York Times reports.

The Times report indicates the desire to enlarge the war on terror in places where there is little more than “a small number of fighters,” for instance Libya and the Sinai, is being pushed by members of the 60 nation coalition assembled against ISIS, said to number between 20,000 and 30,000 fighters.

Pledges to join the terror Borg hive trained by the United States in Jordan and recently supplied by US air drops on several occasions have come from “at least a couple hundred extremists” in countries such as Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Yemen, the Times reports, citing the usual suspects with a stake in the ever expanding war on terror, namely (and routinely unnamed) “American counterterrorism officials.”

The Times also admits that many of these dangerous terror groups are not necessarily fighting with or committed to the Islamic State and “it is not clear to what extent the Islamic State exerts command over the groups it is supporting.”

Despite this ambiguity, war on terror officials cite purported contacts between IS and Ansar al-Sharia in Libya, Ansar Beit al-Maqdis in the Sinai, Boko Harm in Nigeria, Jemaah Islamiyah in Malaysia, Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines and Taliban factions in Afghanistan.

The Long and Evolving War Against IS

In September Obama said the effort to roust Saudi funded and US trained IS fighters will take years to complete and will continue long after he leaves office. In addition to a sustained air campaign and the possibility of ground troops, the game plan calls for an invasion of Syria. The Pentagon estimated this part of the plan would take at least 36 months.

The Pentagon is notorious for issuing such off the wall figures. Back in 2002, as the U.S. prepared for an invasion of Iraq — ultimate death toll, over a million people — then Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld declared the invasion would be mercifully short. “The idea that it’s going to be a long, long, long battle of some kind I think is belied by the fact of what happened in 1990,” he said, making a reference to the previous invasion of Iraq. “Five days or five weeks or five months, but it certainly isn’t going to last any longer than that,” he said. “It won’t be a World War III.”

Following the official timeline the Iraq War lasted nearly nine years, making it the third longest war in U.S. history. The War in Afghanistan lasted just over 13 years and the Vietnam War nearly 11. By contrast, U.S. participation in the Second World War ended after 3.7 years.

Soros-group Advocates Violence Against Cops in Baltimore

Foundation played role in agitating demonstrators during Ferguson protests
Soros-group Advocates Violence Against Cops in Baltimore

by Adan Salazar | | April 28, 2015

Social media pages run by the George Soros-founded Open Society Foundations appeared to justify violence in Baltimore, in particular against police.

Yesterday, two of the foundation’s social media pages sent a Vox article out to their followers entitled, “This is the perfect response to anyone calling for nonviolence in Baltimore,” with an alternate headline reading, “The important thing everyone calling for nonviolence in Baltimore fails to say.”

The article highlights a story from The Atlantic’s Ta-Nehisi Coates, in which the author argues that protestor violence is an apt response to the violence perpetrated by police on residents of Baltimore throughout the years.

When nonviolence is preached by the representatives of the state, while the state doles out heaps of violence to its citizens, it reveals itself to be a con. And none of this can mean that rioting or violence is “correct” or “wise,” any more than a forest fire can be “correct” or “wise.” Wisdom isn’t the point tonight. Disrespect is. In this case, disrespect for the hollow law and failed order that so regularly disrespects the community.

In the wake of the destruction, other leftist publications such as Salon also got on the violence-against-police bandwagon, running a headline that reads, “Baltimore’s violent protesters are right: Smashing police cars is a legitimate political strategy,” which called non-violence a sometimes “futile tactic.”

The issue of police brutality, as in anywhere else in America or the world for that matter, is a problem in Baltimore. The city has paid out close to $5.7 million since 2011 to victims of police violence.

But the only logical response to riots, looting and destruction of private property is a more heavy-handed police crackdown, manifested in Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan’s recent decision to deploy the National Guard.

The Soros group knows this, and its social media sendouts illustrate how the foundation deliberately pours gas on the flames of civil unrest in order to “advance systemic change,” hoping to bring about their version of order out of chaos.

The Open Society Foundations, chaired and founded by Soros, was found to have contributed at least $33 million towards emboldening activists in Ferguson, Missouri, helping make the flawed “Hands up, don’t shoot” mantra ubiquitous.

Soros himself also admitted on CNN last year that a non-governmental organization he set up in Ukraine prior to its conflict with Russia “played an important part” in fomenting the events that destabilized the region.

While police violence on citizens of Baltimore is in no way justifiable, violent protests and attacks on police will merely serve to increase police forces and justify a militarized response.

Following their social media post, the Society had to “clarify” its position to a concerned Facebook user, claiming, “we’re not criticizing the call for calm nor are we condoning violence. We’re sharing this story since it draws attention back to police violence and brutality.”
